1. define space & desire
Let us know the exact wall dimensions and the room in which the wallpaper will be used - whether bathroom, shower, toilet, living room or surgery. This will enable us to select the right system for your requirements.
2. submit room photo
Please send us a well-lit photo of your wall - ideally taken with some depth of space. This will enable us to visualise your desired motif correctly in terms of perspective.
3. visualisation & offer received
Based on your specifications, we create a high-quality visualisation of your desired motif - including a transparent quote.
4. select draft
You take your time to decide on the visualisation design that best suits your room and style.
5. grant release
Once you have decided on a motif, you confirm your choice to us - and approve the corresponding visualisation for production.
You will then receive the final design from us with all the true-to-scale details for careful checking.
Please check the dimensions and contents carefully and return the signed authorisation to us.
As soon as we receive your confirmation, you will receive the order confirmation and the invoice - and we will start manufacturing your customised wallpaper.
6. payment in advance
After receiving your approval, we will send you the invoice.
As soon as we have received your payment, the customised production of your wallpaper begins - precisely, with the utmost care and attention to detail.
7. production & dispatch
Your wallpaper is now produced exclusively for you - carefully checked and packaged to a high standard.
The delivery time is approx. 10 working days from receipt of payment. We will of course inform you as soon as your wallpaper is on its way to you.
